Kaamdar (kaamdar.dotsai.cloud) is a service of ZeroOne AI Ventures Pvt Ltd (CIN U58201GJ2026PTC178606), A-36, 3rd Floor, Udhna–Navsari Main Road, Citi Industrial Estate, Udhna Udhyog Nagar, Surat, Gujarat 394210 ("ZeroOne", "we"). This policy explains what Kaamdar does with data. It is written to follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. ZeroOne's general policy at dotsai.in/privacy also applies.
Who decides what happens to your data
A business that uses Kaamdar decides what data to put in and which accounts to connect. For that business data, the business is the data fiduciary and ZeroOne is its processor: we process it only to run Kaamdar for that business, on its instructions.
What Kaamdar stores
- Accounts: name, email, role and sign-in records of each person the business adds.
- Agents: the instructions, documents (knowledge base) and skills the business adds.
- Chats: messages people exchange with agents, files attached to them, and the steps each agent took.
- Connected accounts: the credentials needed to reach them, sealed with encryption and never shown back, and for WhatsApp a copy of the linked number's chats and messages, so agents can search them.
Connected accounts
An Admin or Agent Maker connects an account and chooses which agents may use it, either read only or read and act. Kaamdar reads email, sheets, workbooks, Tally data and API responses live when an agent needs them for a request, and does not keep a copy beyond the chat and its steps. WhatsApp is the exception: the chat history of the linked number is copied into Kaamdar when it is linked and kept up to date while it stays linked. An agent with read and act access sends messages and emails, or adds and changes rows, only when a person chatting with it asks.
Removing a connection deletes its credentials and everything Kaamdar copied for it, including WhatsApp chats. Unlinking Kaamdar from your phone or revoking it in your Google or Microsoft account stops access at once.
Google user data
When a business connects Gmail or Google Sheets by signing in with Google, Kaamdar uses that access only to provide the features the business turned on: reading and searching mail and sending mail an agent was asked to send (Gmail), and reading and updating the sheets the business added (Google Sheets). We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell it, we do not let people at ZeroOne read it except with the business's permission for support, for security, or where the law requires, and we do not use it to train AI models.
Kaamdar's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
AI processing
To answer, the text an agent needs (the chat, relevant passages from documents and data its tools fetched) is sent to AI model providers through OpenRouter. It is used to produce the reply. We do not use your data to train AI models.
Security
Data travels over HTTPS and is stored on servers ZeroOne operates. Each business's data is kept separate, credentials for connected accounts are encrypted, and access inside a business follows the roles its Admin sets.
Retention and deletion
Data stays while the business uses Kaamdar. A business can remove documents, connections and people at any time. When a business leaves, we delete its data within 30 days unless the law requires us to keep something longer.
Your rights and contact
You can ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, or raise a grievance, with our Grievance Officer, Meet Deshani, at meet@dotsai.in. If your data came to Kaamdar through a business, we will work with that business to respond. You may also approach the Data Protection Board of India.
